Orders & Shipping

How long does processing and shipping take?
Most orders ship the next day if placed before 12:00 PM.
Fully customized orders take 5 working days to dispatch.
Do you offer rush orders or expedited shipping?
Yes We do! Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we plan to start soon!

What types of products do you offer?
We offer a fun and practical range of physical products including ceramic mugs, stainless steel and glass tumblers, drinkware accessories (like lids and straws), coasters, laminated bookmarks, and magnetic bookmarks. Everything is designed to bring a little extra joy to your daily routines—whether you're sipping, gifting, or reading!
Do you offer both fully customizable and semi-personalized tumblers?
Yes! We Do
You can:
1️⃣ Purchase the tumbler as it is.
2️⃣ Get a name or text personalized.
3️⃣ Request a fully custom design created from scratch.
How long does it take to design and print a fully customized tumbler?
Fully customized tumblers take 5 working days to dispatch.
File Requirements (For Semi-Personalized Tumblers & Custom Prints)
✔️ PNG format only.
✔️ Size: 9.4 inches x 8.3 inches (for tumblers).
✔️ Image quality: 300 DPI (high resolution).
Can I see a proof before printing my personalised product?
Yes! We always send a proof before printing. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen and print differences.
What happens if I upload a low-quality image for a semi-personalized tumbler?
Low-quality images lead to poor print results. Please make sure your image meets our format, size, and quality guidelines. We only print the images you provide—we don’t edit or enhance photos.
What are common mistakes to avoid when uploading images?
🚫 Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated images.
🚫 Screenshots or random images from the internet.
🚫 Incorrect file format (only PNG accepted).
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Below are some common questions about exchanges, returns & refunds.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
You can return / exchange the product within 7 days in case the product received is damaged.
What if I am not satisfied with the personalisation?
We share a mockup for your approval before printing to ensure everything looks just right. Since personalized items are made just for you, we don’t accept returns on them.
What if my tumbler or product arrives damaged?
We offer returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged products.
Bulk Orders & Discounts

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk discounts?
Bulk discounts start at a minimum order of 30 items. The more you order, the bigger the savings! Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
